We opened Cherrytree Pre-school in 2004 and are now located in a purpose designed building in Blackburn Industrial Estate. Our friendly, qualified and experienced staff provide childcare for children from the ages of 0-5 years.
Cherrytree is a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children are valued and listened to. It is our aim to engage children in a high quality of learning, both indoors and outdoors that meets the needs of all. We focus on outcomes and maximise success for children by applying the 'Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC)' approach to meet children's individual needs.
At Cherrytree, we pride ourselves in the quality of food the children receive. Our food is freshly prepared and cooked in the premises daily and we provide a healthy balanced menu for children throughout the day which is in line with current best practice. All our food is fresh and locally sourced from independent butchers and farm shops where possible.

Our four rooms, Bluebirds, Puffins, Kingfishers and Owls are bright and spacious with cosy quiet areas incorporated within each of them. The rooms flow from area to area, indoors to outdoors seamlessly, with direct access to our fully equipped large outdoor play area, set up for different ages and abilities.
